Check out this complaint about Anglo-American's abuse of the privatisation process, specifically on Konkola Deep Mine.

The Rothschild bank and the Rothschild (the Rothschild family bank and flagship) related Anglo American De Beers (of the Oppenheimer family, very closely related to the Rothschild family - both through intermarriage over the last 2 centuries and having the heirs to each fortune working at eachothers companies) conducted the privatisation of the Zambian mining sector and gave themselves first dibs on Konkola Mine.
