India is yet to communicate the cabinet’s decision of conditional approval to Vedanta Resources Plc’s proposal to buy majority stake in Cairn Energy Plc’s local unit to both the companies, reports stated.


According to reports, the oil ministry will communicate the decision after it receives a transcript of the June 30 cabinet meeting which approved the deal with conditions.
