On suivra ce jour l'AG de CAIRN pdt laquelle la date
Les actionnaires de Cairn attendent impatiemment pour toucher leur dividendes spécial, ceux de Ved pour mettre un pied dans le pétrole...et nous... :-)
Today....
And there's something for the oil bulls with both Premier Oil (PMO) and Cairn Energy (CNE) both flying the flag for the sector.
Premier's results are likely to focus on the execution of two projects set for delivery in the second half: Gajah Baru and Chim Sao, with analysts not expecting any delays.
Further details on the execution of the company's North Sea portfolio could also hold a pleasant surprise and project sanctions for Huntington, Cathcer, Solan and Froy could help Premier beat its 2014 production target of 100,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
Cairn Energy is next up and after a long wait for the company to sell assets to Vedanta, it looks like it may be completed at last.
Sanjeev Bahl, analyst at Numis, said: "Cairn's interim management statement is likely to focus on the anticipated completion of the company's CIL stake sale to Vedanta (VED). We expect the deal to complete in the first half of 2011 - management may provide details on the scale and form of return of cash to shareholders. We expect a large special dividend as a possibility."
