CEC: Notice of dividend payment

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Directors of Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc on Monday, 19th March 2012 approved the payment of a Dividend of US 0.4 Cents per ordinary share which translates to K21.12 per share using the exchange rate applicable on the date of declaration.

In compliance with the requirements of the Securities Act Cap 354 of the Laws of Zambia and the Listing Rules of the Lusaka Stock Exchange, the dividend shall be payable to the shareholders registered in the share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 6th April 2012.

Dividend payment will be effected on or before Friday, 27th April 2012.

Vu que Zccm à 200,000,000 titres, ça nous fait 800,000 $. C'est toujours ca et CEC verse habituellement deux dividendes par an.
